Introducing World‘s First L4 Autonomous Driving Model and Next-Gen Driverless Vehicles
Wuhan, China /May 15th /Baidu -- On May 15th, 2024, Baidu Apollo held Apollo Day 2024 at the Baidu Apollo Go Automotive Robot Intelligent Driving Valley in Wuhan.
At the event, Baidu Apollo made a significant announcement, unveiling the world's first large-scale model supporting L4 autonomous driving, known as Apollo ADFM (Autonomous Driving Foundation Model).
Additionally, Baidu introduced the sixth-generation driverless vehicle, priced at only 200,000 yuan, equipped with Baidu's sixth-generation intelligent system solution.
The large-scale model marks a technological leap forward in autonomous driving. Built on the foundation of large-scale model technology, the Baidu Apollo ADFM reconstructs autonomous driving, ensuring both safety and generalization of the technology.
With safety surpassing that of human drivers by over ten times, the ADFM achieves comprehensive coverage of complex urban-level scenarios.
